I had a bad cold weeks ago. It settled in my chest and lingered until I finally broke down and visited the Drop-In Clinic. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough, taking her time to understand my issue. I was given prescriptions for the medications I needed. I left feeling “cared for”.

Dr Nair listens to everything intently and ensured all concerns I had were addressed. Excellent staff followed up to make sure I had proper prescriptions.

Dr Miller is an outstanding doctor his professionalism and bedside manner are unsurpassed. And his nurse is a jewel. A diamond to be precise. She is absolutely amazing. I am a very critical person and I couldn't be happier with their service. I appreciate them more than I can express in words. Thank you for being my medical provider.

Communicated with Katrina regarding obtaining a flu shot - she told me to stop in any time and let the front desk know I was there to see her for a flu shot. I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Very impressive, like all encounters with Doctor West and his staff! Very professional and accommodating!

(I don’t know if I have already left a review for this place or not.) I am Dr. Castaldo’s patient, he is magnificent. He explains everything to you, he wants you to understand how your body works and what you can do to assist in your own healing. He starts with the least invasive solutions. When I was obese, he would tell me to eat healthy, lose weight, exercise etc. But he was never condescending about it. His assistant, Tracey, equally friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring. I don’t think I have ever waited more than five minutes after checking in before I am called in the back. If you need blood-work done, boom! They can do it in the office. The worst part is getting past the people who answer the phone. They are so rude! I experienced it when Dr. Castaldo first started here and I had to get an appointment. Wow! Last week, my 21 year old needed to get a PCP. Of course, I suggested Chesapeake Internist, she called and the woman who answered the phone was bitchy. I convinced her to call back, maybe the woman was going through something to make her bitchy. When she did second woman answered the phone and was rude! Now she refuses to use Chesapeake Internist. The 2 women who check you out in the back after your appointment are always smiling and gracious. Oh! They also have a walk in clinic, like a patient first kind of place. They simply need to send the phone people to Pleasant Customer Service School for a few classes.

I was seen by Sara Gospill, NP. As soon as I walked to the front desk, I was greeted with a warm smile and was handed a welcome packet. My wait time was less than 5 mins. Assistants were great. They were very friendly and easy to talk with. Sara Gospill, NP was extremely throughout, patient, and knowledgeable. She listened attentively and addressed all of my concerns. Exactly what I needed as my primary physician. I only wished I would have found her sooner. You won't be disappointed. Kudos to the entire staff!!!

You know how someone is so good at what they do that you hesitate to leave a review because you are afraid they will get too busy for you? That is Dr. West . He is the best doctor I've had in over 5 decades of doctors. Not only is he incredibly competent but he embodies the old fashioned doctor experience: one that cares, never makes you feel rushed, and actually listens.
